The first episode of The Mental Health Break Podcast is live and in your inbox. I’m joined by Trevor Strunk of Philly Twitter and the No Cartridge Podcast. We start off by making a proclamation about Vince McMahon before discussing some Pokemon in advance of the new title, Pokemon Legends: Arceus. After dipping in about the anime, we make the jump to the Eagles 2017 season and how improbable the entire run from Carson Wentz’s ACL tear through the win was. After a short dip about being “good” or bad at Twitter and phoned-in actors securing the bag, we get into video game antitrust and the idea of playing old games as a means of being a historian.
